Every occupation has its own bumps, some of which are serious enough to call stress. Occupational hazards in this context refers to uncomfortable daily encounters with bosses, colleagues, subordinates and customers. There is hardly anyone who has not suffered occupational hazards. The junior workers criticize decision-makers for decisions that are not entirely favorable to them and the senior executives criticize the junior ones for a number of things as well.

We may encounter many defeats but we must not be defeated. Success in life comes when you simply refuse to give up with goals, so strong that obstacles, failures and loss act as motivation. The art of life is a constant readjustment to our surroundings. Knowing others is intelligence; knowing yourself is true wisdom; mastering others is strength and mastering yourself is true power.
