There are no secrets to success, it is the result of preparation, hard work, and learning from failure

EAT- IN

The only place that success comes before work is in the dictionary. The old saying that gold cannot be found on the surface of the earth is true. To find gold, there must be deep digging. To succeed as a manager, you need to do more than the bare minimum just like to fail you need to do less than the bare minimum.  A candidate for success must have a sense of direction, understand his/her role in an organization, courage to tackle difficult situations, credibility, self-esteem, attitude and be skilled in his/her profession.

Please note that those who take chances, never have it. Below are the chances of success;

0%    I won’t                                              50%  I think I might

10%  I can’t                                               60%  I might

20%  I don’t know how                            70%  I think I can

30%  I wish I could                                   80%  I can

40%  I want to                                           90%  I am

100%                    I did

We need to work so hard that one day our signature will be called an autograph. To succeed, we should not try to be a man of success, rather we should be men/ women of value. Please note that our goals can only be reached through the vehicle of a plan. There is no other route to success.
