The pessimist sees difficulty in every opportunity, the optimist sees opportunity in every difficulty

  • Winston Churchhill

Optimism is the most important human trait because it allows us to evolve our ideas, to improve our situation, and to hope for a better tomorrow. Optimists are those who know how to keep themselves motivated and approach their problems with a “can-do philosophy”. Optimists generally see opportunities in adversity. An optimistic attitude is acquired, and not inherited and anyone (in fact everyone) can choose to stay optimistic in any situation.

Optimists believe they have extensive ability to deal with unexpected situations. By seeing yourself as a problem solver and looking for the good in every situation, you can develop an optimistic attitude. Also, anticipating problems – that is, being aware that things can go wrong anytime and getting prepared for it is a good way to develop an optimistic attitude.

Optimistic people do not see setbacks as personal deficits that will plague them forever but rather see them as mistakes that can be corrected. Optimists see setbacks as steps backward to move forward

Being positive does not mean ignoring the negative. Being positive means overcoming the negative.
