DAILY NUGGET
It’s through vulnerability that human beings create connections. The more vulnerable we can be with one another, the more that we’ll be able to trust one another and the more we’ll be able to collaborate effectively

Respect is appreciation of the separateness of the other person, of the ways in which he /she is unique. While little people are indifferent, the superior people are caring.
One of the studies carried out shows that the most famous faults of executives in dealing with their associates and subordinates are ; failure to see the other person’s point of view, failure to show appreciation or give credit, failure to size employees up correctly, lack of sincerity, arbitrariness, arrogance, failure to delegate authority, indecision, bias, loss of temper etc. A good manager who intends to succeed will guard against these common mistakes.
When managers change their opinions, they keep principles; when they change their leaves, they keep intact their roots. Managers can show trust by believing in others when other people have abandoned them and they should know that if they lose love and self-respect for each other, that is how they can finally die
No matter how brilliant the manager’s mind and strategy, if he/she is playing a solo game, he/she will always lose out to a team. Managers should not expect more trust than they dish out and should note that not everything that is faced can be changed, but nothing can be changed until it is faced.
