EAT-IN
Please permit me to re-define knowledge as “edge” in a “know- how””.
After acquiring knowledge or learning a particular skill, what next? This is a question individuals should reflect on. It is not enough to have great qualities, strings of degrees or pages of publications in world-class journals. How applicable these things are to transform the knowledge and skills acquired to constructive products to benefit people is what is important.
Knowing isn’t doing. It is not the knowledge we acquire that count, but how the knowledge is being put to action. Your improved knowledge in management must be used to benefit your organization, otherwise there is no use learning.
To stay on top of our “game”, we need inspiration, knowledge, expertise and actual skills application.
TAKE-AWAY
Without knowledge action is useless and knowledge without action is futile
