“Intellectuals solves problems, geniuses prevent them”

EAT – IN

In a situation where only the boss knows it all, his collaborators often play to an audience of the boss. This is the situation in which all ranks and file try to please the top person with the knowledge. People now fail to share information horizontally. This is the predicament of all CEOs. They are high up in the organisational hierarchy that only few have access to them and as a result, they rely on a few for information while many among the few feed the boss with lies; they tell him what they think he wants to hear, rub his ego.

The boss is advised to believe In solidarity rather than charity. Charity is vertical and could be humiliating. It goes top to bottom while solidarity is horizontal which has the capacity to respect and learn from others. The boss should always work on imagination as it is the highest level of research.

Before the boss argue with someone, he/ she should ask about the mental maturity of the person to grasp the concept of different perspectives; otherwise there is absolutely no point. The search for truth is more precious than its possession. The boss should avoid “Devaluation” in a workplace which is an international process of making someone feel so very small while others feel big. While being big is a drug to one, being small is a pain to another which is joy to forner.

Being calm about everything allows your mind to find solutions. Calmness is also a state of trust. Instead of overthinking and overacting, you just surrender for that moment and allow yourself to receive guidance for what doesn’t make sense.
